The client approached Planning By Design regarding the proposed creation of vehicular access onto classified road (Class A), removal of front garden wall and installation of driveway.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project was feasible and would require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve the planning application. With the client's approval, the planning application has been submitted, together with the drawings and Planning, Design and Access Statement.
