Creation of a New Driveway

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed creation of a new vehicle crossing and driveway, which includes the installation of a dropped kerb and a paved driveway with a drainage channel. These changes aim to create a vehicular access from the road and provide a more structured parking solution within the property's front garden.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project was feasible and would require full planning permission.

One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve the planning application. With the client's approval the planning application has been submitted, together with the drawings and Planning, Design and Access Statement.

Planning permission has now been approved for the creation of a new vehicle crossing and driveway.
