The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed conversion to flats and change of use to short-term let via Airbnb. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval an application for full planning permission for a conversion to flats, together with the architect drawings and planning statement has been submitted. The planning application has now been approved.
