The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed conversion to flats. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval the planning application for a conversion to flats has been submitted, together with the architect drawings and design and access statement.
