Conversion of Two Flats into One Dwellinghouse

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed conversion of the property from two self-contained flats (1 x one-bed and 1 x two-bed) into a single family dwelling house (three-bed) (Use Class C3) including alterations to the existing rear extension.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require full planning permission.

One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval the planning application for a conversion of two flats into one dwellinghouse been submitted, together with the architect drawings and planning statement.

Planning Permission has now been approved for the conversion of two flats into one dwellinghouse.
