The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed conversion of two first floor flats into single flat by removing two partition walls.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and that a Lawful Development Certificate would have the best chance of success.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Supporting Statement for Lawful Development Certificate, to justify why the council should approve the application.
With the clients approval an application for lawful development certificate, together with the architect drawings and Supporting Statement for Lawful Development Certificate has been submitted.
