The client contacted Planning By Design regarding the proposed conversion of pub and hotel into 2 dwelling houses. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the conversion was feasible and would require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval a full planning application was submitted, together with the architect drawings and planning statement. Planning Permission has now been approved for the conversion of pub and hotel into 2 dwelling houses.
