The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed conversion from an outbuilding into a dwellinghouse. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require planning permission. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning and design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval an application for full planning permission, together with the architect drawings and planning statement has been submitted. Planning permission has now been approved for the conversion from an outbuilding to a dwellinghouse.
