The client contacted Planning By Design regarding the proposed conversion of the dwellinghouse to create 2 self-contained flats.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval an application for full planning permission for conversion to flats, together with the architect drawings, Design and Access Statement has been submitted.
Planning Permission has now been approved for the conversion of the dwellinghouse to create 2 self-contained flats.
