The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed conversion from an existing annexe into an dwelling. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and that a lawful development certificate would have the best chance of success. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning and design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval an application for full planning permission for a conversion to flats, together with the architect drawings and planning statement has been submitted. The application has now been approved and a lawful development certificate has been granted.
