The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed conversion of the existing established outbuilding into an annex.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and the best approach would be to apply for a Lawful Development Certificate.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement to justify why the council should approve the application.
Lawful Development Certificate has now been approved for conversion of the existing established outbuilding into an annex.
