The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed construction of a two bay garage and log store. The site is a large, detached, two-storey Grade II listed dwelling with some associated small rear outbuildings.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement and Heritage Impact Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning permission has now been approved for construction of a two-bay garage and log store.
