The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of an outbuilding at the site to be used as a garage. The garage will benefit from 3 parking bays, allowing the client covered parking at the property for 3cars, as well as a wood store.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning permission has now been approved for erection of a garage.
