The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed conservatory linking the main house and outbuilding. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require planning permission via a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement and heritage statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval the householder planning application was submitted together with the architect drawings and planning statement. Planning permission has now been approved for a conservatory linking house and outbuilding.
