Conservatory

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed conservatory after a failed DIY planning application. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require planning permission via a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval the householder planning application was submitted together with the architect drawings and planning statement. The planning application has now been approved!
