The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed change of use to an MOT centre. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the proposed change of use was feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a full planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary supporting evidence to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval the application has now been submitted together with the drawings and supporting evidence.
