Change of Use to mixed residential and short-term let accommodation

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed Change of use to mixed residential and short-term let accommodation. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the proposed change of use is feasible and would require planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the planning application. With the clients approval everything has been submitted with an application for full planning permission for the change of use to mixed residential and short-term let accommodation. The planning application has now been approved.
