The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed change of use to a doggy day care centre. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the change of use is feasible and will require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary supporting evidence to justify why the application should be approved by the council. With the clients approval everything has now been submitted with an application for full planning permission.
