The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed change of use from a hairdresser to a dog grooming center. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the change of use is feasible and will require full planning permission and listed building consent. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, together with a heritage statement to justify why the application should be approved. With the client's approval, everything has now been submitted with an application for full planning permission. Planning permission has now been approved for the change of use to a dog grooming center.
