Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement and Heritage Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning permission has now been approved for the change of use of the former post office to residential.
