The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed change of use from a tyre shop to a gymnastics and soft play club. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary supporting evidence, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
