The client contacted Planning By Design regarding the proposed change of use of the coffee bar to tapas Bar (sui generis) with associated internal and external alterations, including to shop front, and advertisement signage. The site is Grade II listed building, located in the Conservation Area.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement and Heritage Impact Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval an application for full planning permission, together with the architect drawings, Planning Statement and Heritage Impact Statement have been submitted.
Planning Permission has now been approved for change of use of the coffee bar to tapas Bar (sui generis) with associated internal and external alterations, including to shop front, and advertisement signage.
