Change of Use from residential to holiday let

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed change of use from residential to a holiday let to sleep up to 15 people. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the change of use would require full planning permission. However, provided a strong application was submitted with accurate architect drawings and strong supporting evidence the project was feasible. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawing which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary supporting evidence to justify why the proposal was appropriate and should be approved by the council. With the clients approval everything was submitted with an application for full planning permission, which has now been approved by the council.
