The client contacted Planning By Design regarding the proposed change of use from professional services to Japanese Restaurant with associated works in the Grade II Listed Building, located within the Conservation Area.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement and Heritage Impact Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval an application for full planning permission, together with the architect drawings, Planning, Design and Access Statement and Heritage Impact Statement have been submitted.
