Change of Use from Office to Residential House

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed changes to a recently approved planning application for a change of use from office to residential. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the proposed changes were feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a non material amendment planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client has approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval everything has been submitted with an application for full planning permission for the change of use. Planning permission for a non material amendment to a chance of use from office to residential has now been approved.
