The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed of change us use from office to residential. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval we have submitted an application for a change of use from office to residential together with the architect drawings and supporting evidence.
