The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed change of use from a hot food takeaway to a cafe restaurant. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project was feasible and would require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. One of our chartered town planners then prepared the required supporting evidence, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval the application was submitted with everything required. Planning permission has now been approved.
