Change of Use to Industrial Chroming Service Centre

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed change of use to an industrial chroming service center. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the proposed change of use is feasible and potentially permitted development. A Lawful Development Certificate was recommended, as this is the only way to obtain a legal determination that planning permission is not required. One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval, the architect's drawings, planning statement, and a variety of supporting evidence were submitted with the application. The application has now been approved.
