Change of Use From Cafe to Hot Food Takeaway with Inside Seating

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed change of use from the existing café to hot food takeaway with inside seating.

 Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project was feasible and would require full planning permission.

 One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. One of our chartered town planners then prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval the application was submitted with everything required.

 Planning permission has now been approved to change of use from the existing café to hot food takeaway with inside seating.
