Change of Use from a Warehouse to a Gymnastics Academy

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed change of use from a Warehouse (Class B) to a Gymnastics Academy (Class E (d)). Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the change of use from warehouse to gymnastics academy was feasible via the submission of a full planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client has approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval the drawings and planning statement were submitted with a full planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for the change of use from a warehouse to a gymnastics academy.
