The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed change of use from a vacant pub to car sale plot, alterations to windows and creation of full height openings at ground floor and replacement clear glazing to first floor.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
