The client contacted Planning By Design regarding the proposed change the use of the site from a dry cleaner (Use Class Sui Generis) to a restaurant (Use Class E(b)).
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval an application for full planning permission, together with the architect drawings, Planning Statement has been submitted.
Planning Permission has now been approved for change the use of the site from a dry cleaner (Use Class Sui Generis) to a restaurant (Use Class E(b)).
