The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed change of use from a Class (E) commercial unit to a facility dedicated to dog grooming and dog daycare.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
