The client contacted Planning By Design regarding the proposed change of use from a car wash to a car dealership, demolition of existing structure and erection of single-storey structure.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design, Access and Heritage Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval an application for full planning permission, together with the architect drawings, Design, Access and Heritage Statement have been submitted.
