Caravan to be used as a Residential Annexe

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed siting of an existing caravan for the use incidental to that of the existing dwellinghouse after a failed DIY planning application.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and the best approach would be to apply for a lawful development certificate under the caravan act.

One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application.

With the client's approval, everything has been submitted with an application for a lawful development certificate.

A lawful development certificate for a siting of an existing mobile home for the use incidental to that of the existing dwellinghouse has now been approved.
