The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed new car park. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible but would require planning permission via the submission of a full planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve the planning application. With the client's approval, the planning application has been submitted, together with the drawings and planning statement. Planning permission has now been approved for the new car park.
