Brick Outbuilding

The client approached Planning By Design regarding proposed brick outbuilding to replace an existing building. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the new outbuilding was feasible and will require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. Planning permission has now been approved to replace the existing building with a new brick outbuilding.
