Change of Use to Restaurant with new Extractor, Windows and Doors

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed change of use from to a restaurant, including the installation of an extractor, new windows and doors. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the proposed change of use is feasible and would require planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement which also includes a heritage impact statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval everything has been submitted with an application for full planning permission for the change of use. The application has now been approved.
