The client contacted Planning By Design regarding proposed advertisement signage, to facilitate the opening of a new retail unit, specifically a florist.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the erection of advertisement signage is feasible but would require advertising consent.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings which the client approved. Once the client approved the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement and Heritage Impact Statemen, to justify why the application should be approved by the council.
With the client's approval everything has been submitted with a planning application for advertising consent.
Advertising consent has been granted for erection of advertisement signage.
