The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed porch.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that this is feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. With the client's approval a householder planning application was submitted together with the drawings and Planning Statement.
Planning permission has now been approved for a new porch.
