The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposal for 8 new build houses. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and an application for planning in principle was the best way forward. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required supporting evidence to justify why the application should be approved by the local planning authority. With the clients approval, everything has now been submitted with an application for planning permission in principle.
