6 New Build Houses, Gardens, Parking and Access Road

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed six new build houses, located on the edge of the Metropolitan Green Belt. The proposed development comprises the construction of six high-quality, modern family homes, designed to blend harmoniously with the surrounding area. Each property has been designed to include a private garden and parking spaces. 

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project was feasible and the best course of action was an application for full planning permission. 

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. 

With the client's approval, the architect drawings, Planning Design and Access Statement were submitted with an application for full planning permission.
