The client contacted Planning By Design regarding 52 proposed new ground-mounted solar panels at the site. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the solar panels are feasible and will require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement and heritage impact statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. Full planning permission has now been approved for the client's 52 new ground-mounted solar panels.
