The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed 5 bedroom new build house after having difficulties with a local architect. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project was feasible and the best course of action was an application for full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings which the client approved. As the client had already submitted an application they have decided to resubmit our new design before attempting a new application.
