The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed 3 bedroom new build house. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project was feasible and the best course of action was an application for full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings which the client approved. Once the design was approved, one of our chartered town planners prepared all the necessary supporting evidence to justify why the application should be approved by the council. With the clients approval everything has been submitted with an application for full planning permission.
