Front porch, single-storey side and rear extensions

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed front porch, side, and rear single-story extension. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that all 3 components were feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission for the proposed porch and extensions. Planning Permission has now been approved for all 3 components.
